This screen allows you to vote for a Sector Warlord. Voting is not secret and the current vote for each planet is displayed. The planet with the most votes becomes the Sector Warlord. However, if two or more planets tie, there is no Sector Warlord.
Once a Sector Warlord has been elected, all occupied planets in the system are able to make donations to them. Also, the Sector Warlord has the power to in turn donate metal to any occupied planet in the sector - effectively being able to redistribute metal if need be. They also have the power to change the sector's name and logo, and should have the respect of the majority of the sector. The Sector Warlord is able to post a message that appears on the Status page of all members of their sector - this can be used to request donations, etc.
